When you arrive for your appointment, we warmly welcome you. We spend time getting to know you and your oral health, and helping you feel relaxed in our care. We ask if you are feeling nervous so we can help tailor our care.
We fully assess your teeth, gums and mouth, and may also take digital x-rays to form a complete picture of your dental and oral health. We also ask about any past dental work and if you have any concerns.
We share our findings from the assessment and x-rays with you, and may recommend further treatment. If necessary, we create a bespoke treatment plan for you, including costs involved.
We end your new patient appointment by giving you some tailored tips for keeping your smile healthy at home. We also advise when to book your next check-up appointment.

Your first appointment at our dental practice will be longer than your subsequent check-ups, as we take time to fully assess your oral health, take x-rays, and get to know you. You can expect your new patient consultation appointment to last around 30-45 minutes.

Yes – we are pleased to be able to accept all children up to the age of 18 as NHS patients as long as their parents are registered privately at the practice. There are therefore no fees to pay when we see children for their routine dental care.
We understand that dental care is an investment in your health, which is why we offer flexible payment options to help make your treatment more accessible. We have partnered with Tabeo, a dental finance provider. This allows you to pay for your dental work in more manageable monthly installments rather than all at once. Minimum spend does apply, and the finance is subject to status, whereby applications are subject to credit checks and approval by Tabeo.
